No Video with Polycom Trio 8800 and RealConnect for MS Teams

F/W: 5.9.0.10869

Service, Sfb Online / RealConnect MS Teams Interop

 

When joining a MS teams meeting via real Connect there is no video being sent. Remote video is seen.

Issue likely to be the video codec being sent.

Just to add that SfB online meetings does show the near end video so hardware is ok
