RCFT -Recieve .PPX content not happening on Group 500 endpoint which has joined Teams meeting RCFT

Hello we have a group series 500(Ver 6.2.0.1) configured for joining RCFT Callendar invitation.

We are not able to receive the Power point (.ppx) SLIDES shared by remote Teams client on the Teams meeting.

The other type of formats like .pdf,Word,excel can be received.

2.Also can we change the layout on the Endpoint display to full screen content when any remote windows client shares the same.ie there should not be any video participants.The endpoint display layout has to be fully content.Can this be done on the fly when the meeting is going on.

The built in layouts of the endpoint does not give this option.The endpoint is standalone and directly connected to a public IP.

Clarification: All the  Teams clients (on Ipads and Windows 10) receive the power point but not the endpoint

I suggest you try with a currently supported software like 6.2.2.4 and if the issue still persists open a support ticket so we can look at it.
