Not sure where to post this but we have multiple rooms globally that have Trio 8800 with Visual+ and are using RealConnect for Teams meetings. All of a sudden I can't join Teams meetings or dial into the RealConnect lobby. All I get is a busy tone after a while.
Normally if I would press the Teams label on the Trio it would display on the TV the RealConnect lobby but now nothing even happens on the TV.
Our meeting rooms are empty right now - but my first instinct is to make sure that your licenses haven't expired.
My concurrent licenses should be active so I don't know what the problem is.

I can see that this is being dealt with via 1-20900193151 and may be related to an additional IP we added before Christmas in the EMEA region.
