Hello,

 

We just setup a polycom system and it seems to be working between two polycom devices and even a polycom and android phone.  When I try connecting on my iphone I get a blue screen instead of the video feed from the room.  The video from the iphone camera shows up on the polycom's TVF just fine.  I've tried calling in from our internal wifi and 4g on the phone.  Same result both ways.  Any ideas?  We are not using a SIP server.
