Hi All,

 

Using PRM mobile on an Android device (Latest version from Polycom Website).

 

I have registered to the company Gatekeeper(Cisco VCSExpressway) with both the Internal and external settings.

I am able to dial to our Meeting Room Codecs (Various Polycom & Cisco endpoints) with no problems whatsoever.

I am able to recieve calls when connected using the Internal gatekeeper settings.

 

I cannot recieve any calls when using the External Gatekeeper settings, even though i am able to make calls.

 

Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?
