I assume other users coming into your network via the VBP-E do not have this issue and it is only via 3G?
Have you contacted your Mobile Phone network provider yet as they may throttle the traffic or impose other restrictions?

I added 2 attachments. 2 printscreens of the iPad.
One sharing content to the iPad on 3G. Here we have the PVRX channel having 100% packet loss.
One sharing content to the iPad on WIFI. Here we have an extra CVRX channel.
Is it normal on 3G braodband that we don't get an extra CVRX channel?
Who generates this? The Polycom RPM I suppose?
