[FAQ] Unable to install on supported device overview post

Hello all,

 

Google Play sometimes restricts certain hardware variants from Installing the Polycom® RealPresence® Mobile application.

 

This post was created to gather the relevant information on these tablets or handset only.

 

Please post the exact Hardware variant and Software Version as text or attached screenshot.

To view your Android system version:


>> From your device, touch Settings > About device > Android Version.
