Hi,

 

I have installed the ipad app and video is working fine, audio comes through fine to the ipad.  However, audio from the ipad to a hdx device does not work.  I checked the mute function on the ipad and its off.  I also tested the apple face time app just to be sure there was no problem with the apple ipad mic (That worked ok). 

 

Can anyone please assit

Hi David...

have you called an external HDX or was the call internal ??

Just to clarify if a firewall is involved.
