Hello. I have a user who just downloaded the latest version of Polycom RealPresence Desktop. After he connects to our video conferencing bridge via IP (hosted by Glowpoint), we can all see and hear him - but he can only see his "self view". The vendor says that the issue is local on his soft client, but I don't see any way to replicate the issue on my Polycom RealPresence Desktop.
Has anyone seen this behavior before?
We are also having this problem. Everything was working fine in August & September 2015 however in October we can only see selfview!
we are using the latest version, RDP 3.4.1
I have just got my video connection working, apparently there is a problem with NAT auto detect within the settings. I have switched off NAT within Settings - Network and all is now working again. I will manually assign NAT info later.
