Hi,

We are having a Polycom CMA4000 onsite deployed with several installations in meeting rooms. These are working fine.

Lately we experienced login problems with Real Presence Desktop (old 5.x and new versions 3.x) using Active Directory login credentials.

For some users RPD is working fine, but for the majority we have the error: "Invalid user name or password". Although we are very sure that login ID and password are correct (login to the CMA4000 server via a browser using same credentials is working fine).

The RPD client is 3.4.1.55261 (old client 5.x had similar problems). When creating a local account on the server, the RPD client is working fine. Of course, we want our users to use their AD login account and credentials.

On the local Windows 7 and Windows 8 PC's (32bit and 64 bit), the certificate we import is everywhere the same (CMA Self-Signed certificate, valid until 11 Feb 2019).

On some PC's, we don't have the error, but on the majority of PC's using the same login credentials, we have these login problems.

We also have similar issues when installing the RPD client on Mac OS X (same error message).

Thank you for your support!
