Real Presence Desktop cannot connect over a public Network
When I establish a Connection from a public GSM Network using a GSM/G4 Modem with my RDP Client (Version 3.8.0) to Group 500 which is connected without a firewall to the internet, the Connection will be dropped within exact 8 seconds on the RDP side and no Video will transmitted only Audio is still working. This happens only when calling from a public GSM Network. When I connect over Wifi /DSL Network over the internet to the same group 500 everything works.

Is this SIP or H.323 ?
Can you get a wireshark trace of this?
