I have a client with an HDX7000 deployed here in NY. Several staff members have downloaded RealPresence Mobil (basic mode) to their iPhones. A team member tried to dial into the Codec from Boston this morning. The call rings on the clients codec, when he accepts the call there is no connection. The caller says he still sees his phone is trying to call without connection. We then had a team member from another office try, with the same result. Is there something in the set-up that needs to be done beyond the Basic, or does something need to be done at the codec location that has been missed.

Thanks.

In basic mode the phone needs to be on the same segment as the video system.  Remember the app was designed o be used with the corporate infrastructure and gatekeeper.
