Real Presence errors when registered to CMA

Hello

When I register Real Presence ap (ipad or iphone) to my CMA server, it appears to register twice for each device (as an HDX2?) and also produce alot of error logs about "Device unavailable"

I've read the CMA release notes for version 6 and it mentions the double user issue as resolved - but it seemingly isnt

(SSGSE-13839)

consequently I can't register my IOS devices, as I (as admin) get 10's of emails about the error from CMA

is this a known issue? is there a solutions? anyone else seen this behaviour?

Realpresence mobile is supported by Polycom when registered to a CMA.  Please have your CMA administrator give us a call and we would be glad to work together.
