Hi
We have installed the real presence app on our iPad 2. We could not make any connection even with wifi or G3. None of them worked. We try to connect to our HDX 8000 system.
OS 6.1.3
Real Presence 2.3-33448
No gateway keeper
simple access through H.323
no SIP
WLAN / G3/G4 setting are ok.
Is there any useful tipp how it is possible to connect with a internal wifi connection ? Any settings needed on the firewall?
