I am trying to use an iPad (iPadOS 14.7.1) to connect to a conference via a link that should open in the mobile app.
Previously I could not get my ipad to open in the app when accessing the link through Safari. I downloaded Chrome on my ipad and it worked fine.
Since the new update to version 3.11.5, I have no been able to open the conference at all, no matter what browser I use. When I click the link to access the conference, it tries to download a Launcher for macOS, which obviously does not work on iPadOS.
Please advise how this can be fixed before a conference on Friday morning. Thanks
