On the xoom I can connect using RealPresence to the VSX7000 but no video. The screen just goes black polycom. I do get audio and that works fine. Also I have others Polycom , Which connects to the VSX7000 and displays video/audio no problem. Any idea's on how to get the RealPresence to see the Polycom VSX7000a Video?I disable basic mode in call preferece

RealPresence mobile only supports H.264 video.  The VSX will support all video formats up to and including H.264.  This is why the RPM can connect with video at other sites.  For some reason your VSX is not allowing the call to connect with H.264. Possibly Basic Mode is turned on in the VSX Call Preferences section. This check box limits the VSX to H.261.

There may also be an H.264 restriction in the network. Possibly a firewall that does not support H.264.

H264D [0]: ProcessOneNALUnit: ERROR, unknown type NAL [ucNALUnitType:0x1c] H26L DecodeError: [code 129]
it seems that not getting the video ...
