I have Ipad Pro with OS 13.3.1.

RealPresence Mobile (3.11.1-72381) drop calls H.323 after 12 minutes when calling trough VPN.

It dosn't matter if it's poin-to-point or RMX call.

It doesn't matter if I register through RM or directly to DMA or without any registration.

When call drops, VPN and Ipad registration continue be active.

In DMA log there is "H.245 end session command" from Ipad.

H.323 calls without VPN goes normally.  With SIP calls everything's OK.

On ipadOS 9.3.x I don't have this problem.

Hello @Alex_FurlonG ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

This would need to come into support.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
