Hi,

I have the Polycom RealPresence on a Galaxy Tab 10.1 and I cannot get it to work properly with my HDX8000.  They are both on the same internal network and I am just using the internal IP's to dial into each other.  With it I can get the video from the HDX 8000 to display on my tablet but no video is going to the 8000.  I have disabled the content (H.239) but that has not changed anything.  Since it is all on the internal network I cannot see how there would be any port conflicts as it is a straight through and through connection.   The tablet says that I am transmitting video with a video rate of around 470.  THe HDX 8000 is also configured for multipoint. Does anyone know why I cannot see video on the HDX 8000?

Hello Stephen,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This is most likely caused by a firewall in your Intranet.

Please liaise with your IT Team to get a wireshark trace from a spanned Port at the HDX. This will show you the traffic "hitting" the HDX from the WiFi Network that your Tab is utilizing.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
