We have an OpenSIPS server and when we register the RealPresence software on an iPad 2, it crashes 5 or 10 seconds later.  After restarting the app, it will just crash again.

Is there any information I can provide to assist with this issue?

Thanks!

You might try looking for clues in the app logs. Connect the iPad to your PC running iTunes. From the APPS section select the Polycom App to see the logs. If you have questions you can post some of the logs here and we can take a look.

Unfortunately we do not support Open SIP servers and have not tested any so if they work fine if not then we will have no advice. One source you might try is: http://sourceforge.net/projects/opensips/forums/forum/839860 Perhaps someone at this forum may have some advice.
