I have just downloaded the Realpresence app to my new IPad II, and so far am unable to connect to my Polycom network, either internal or external.  Any thoughts??

Hi!

Which iOS version are you using on your iPad 2?

Is it an iPad with 3G capability aswell? If yes, did you try dialing via 3G?

Did you configure your iPad to connect to your internal network via WiFi?

If yes, please try to check the connection status via the WLAN button located on the lower right side of the software.

In addition, please try to refer to this page for basic setup and help:

For Polycom test systems, please refer to this page:

I hope this helps! 🙂

Hi

For receiving context over 3G with my iPad2 using RealPresence Mobile, is there an external gatekeeper that I can use?  I am able to transmit fine, but I have 100% loss on Rx.  I have 3G enabled and wireless disabled.

Thanks for any help that you can provide.
