UNABLE SIGN IN THROUGH RPM FROM EXTERNAL NETWORK

Hi,

 

On mobile data network,i have started the RPM and when i am doing sign in and putting the ip address of my RPAD ,it says unable to connect to server

 

my RPAD version is  4.01 and RPM version is on 3.7

 

i am able to login from RPD desktop from external through RPAD public ip address

 

Kindly let me know any configuration changes which i need to do

Hello smanoj,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

 

You would need to figure out of the RPM app can actually connect via the mobile network to your RPAD's external IP.

 

Most likely your Mobile provider blocks the traffic.

 

Not sure what connection you are utilizing from your RPD but seems not the same as RPD.
