Unsupported Android Device ? Galaxy S4 GT-I9505

I have downloaded the app from Google Play store to my Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 but its not quite working right. I can dial into a meeting and they can see my feed but I cannot see any video at my end.

 

I am not sure if this is a supported phone or where to go for assistance so I am trying this community
