Boa Tarde, a todos da Comunidade!

Baixei o Real Presence Mobile no Iphone 4s, com o objetivo de conectar ao Polycom VSX 7000. Porém, me deparei com alguns problemas.

 

Na tela inicial do Real Presence Mobile temos que preencher os dados de Email, Server, User name e Password. Que dados devo colocar aqui?

 

Tenho que me cadastrar em algum site antes para poder fazer as conexoes?

 

Desde já, obrigado pela ajuda!

Hello inoquimica,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Real Presence Mobile support page => here <= has separate help sections for each different supported hardware Platforms.

 

The iPhone IOS Help Site explains that in standalone mode (without any Polycom CMA or RealPresence™ Media Manager) the procedure is simply to skip the process.

Olá inoquimica,

 

Você pode simplesmente selecionar "skip sign in"  e efetuar a sua ligação normalmente. Essas informações só devem ser preenchidas caso você tenha um CMA ao qual quer se registrar.
