We have a Video Border Proxy that is using one public IP address and the devices behind it use extensions.  To dial in normally we do 110@24.190.172.110 (not the real numbers).  The IP address is the public IP on the VBP.

 

When I try to do this from the iPad app it indicated Far End Unreachable.  Am I missing something?  This works with a laptop running the M100 software.

You might try flipping it around...    24.190.172.110##110 ....  

 

Is your iPad registered to anything ?  (GK wise) ?
