I recently bought an ASUS TF300T with the Tegra 3 processor. RealPresence works well with it.

I hooked up my tablet via HDMI to a 47" monitor and it worked very well. When in a camera to camera mode I could select whether to see the other end or my end on the external monitor. But when content was sent to my tablet (from a HDX6000) it only showed on my TF300T and not on the 47" screen. Instead it showed me. The button to switch between far and near was not available when content was being received.

Is there a way I can get received content to show up on the external monitor?

Hello Starguy,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Real Presence Mobile is only supported on the following devices:

  • Motorola XOOM™,
  • DROID XYBOARD 10.1 by Motorola,
  • and Samsung Galaxy Tab™ 10.1

I am unsure why it would work on your unit but unfortunately whatever issue you experience cannot currently be followed up ad the device is unsupported.

Best regards
