I have a GT-5100 Samsung tablet with Android 4.0.4 and I cannot find Realpresence Mobile on PlayStore although it is claimed to be compatible by Polycom, what shall I do ?

Hello jmlac,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The release notes (1.3.1) => here <= list the Galaxy Tab 2 10” GT-P5100 tablet with Android 4.0.3 as compatible.

 

The Google Market has restrictions ins certain countries and may not be available in your geographical area.

To be sure I get it right, do you mean that my tablet is not compatible with Realpresence or that it is a geographical matter ?

Yes, according to the release notes it is compatible but as explained above some countries prevent Google from placing certain applications on the market.
