Real presence v2.3
Tested with hdx 6000
Not signed in.
512 connection
Audio: working, full duplex
Video: video on hdx output, perfect, great quality
Video on android, black within window, on screen data ie signal, present.
camera on hdx toggled on and off to test, no change.
Do I require provisional sever to work correctly or should it work without signing in?
What is a provisional server?
What is h.323 gatekeeper? (I have error message, h323 gatekeeper registration failed)

The community's RealPresenceMobile FAQ contains answers to most of your questions.
Is this a WiFi or G3/G4 connection? I believe it is likely a firewall issue.
