I have an iPad sitting on a wireless connection behind a Draytek router that's doing NAT.  Can make outbound connections connect to the Polycom test VC IP addresses and get video, also able to connect to our US 7000 system and get video.  I get no audio on either connection.

Anybody got any hints on setting up a Draytek to allow outbound calls from an iPad?  Would have thought (hoped!!) that all outbound would simply be NATd and not require anything on the Draytek but can't think what else could be blocking the audio...

Well, looks like the issue was purely poor wireless signal.  Moved iPad into another office, no changes to any config on Draytek and it connected with video/audio straight away.

NAT is a serious issue for video conferencing application and that is why video boarder proxy firewall is there. Try to see no ports are getting blocked.
