I'm fairly new to using apple products and need help figuring out why I can't connect my iPad to other devices. I downloaded Realpresence on my iPad and my iPhone. I 'skip sign in', as it allows and I'm able to connect when calling from my iPad to my iPhone, but I can't connect calling from my iPhone to my iPad. It gives me a message 'Far End Unreachable'. I get the same message when trying to connect from iPad to iPad or iPad to Laptop w/ Telepresence100m. Is there any way to correct this issue?

In basic mode the phone needs to be on the same segment as the video system.  Remember the app was designed o be used with the corporate infrastructure and gatekeeper.
