Firmware: 5.9.0.9373

Model: VVX 201

Platform: Skype for Business

BTOE 4.0

I'm looking for some additional troubleshooting steps when the BTOE software won't recognize the deskphone as a device and therefore won't pair. Some steps I've tried previously.

1. Firmware/BTOE incompatiblity

2. After a firmware or BTOE update, required PC and/or phone reboot for the devices to recognize each other

3. Install/Uninstall BTOE

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for those links. I had local "pbc.exe" firewall entry that was blocking/overriding the allow rule.

Now to figure out out how that made it in...
