With BTOE, how can I set the phones to pick up UPN for the Exchange On line authentication.  With phones that are paired and a password change occurs on the desktop, the user principal name gets wiped out.  Skype autentication is fine but exchange authentication is broken.

Hello @RNeutron,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

UC Software 5.7.0 is no longer supported.

 

Today we released UC Software 5.8.0 so please test this with BToE 3.8.0 or fall back to UC Software 5.7.2 and BToE 3.7.0

 

If the issue still occurs please open a ticket to confirm if this is a Bug or Working was Designed.

 

You need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Same result with 5.8.0 and 3.8 BToE, the user name gets changed from UPN (which is what exchange on line needs) to domain\userID which causes authentication problem for exchange on line.
