BtoE loosing connection

BtoE loosing connection



we have 350 VVX 501 phones, all are configured the same.

We are using UC Software 5.8.1. with BtoE 3.8

Notebooks are connected through the phone.


4 phones always deactivate/activate the PC port for the notebook.

On the notebook the message "Deactivate/active BtoE" appear.


Any suggestions for that strange behaviour?


Log ist attached with Btoe in debug mode.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The log share is only 3 seconds long and in addition we would require the BToE PC logs as well.


As we cannot handle such request via the medium of a community forum please work with ALSO Deutschland GmbH who sold this unit back in 09/10/2017 and can open a Ticket for you.
