Hi there,

our MS Teams tenant doesn't include PSTN dialing. After upgrading to firmware version 5.9.13, the (for me) useless dial pad became permanent part of the calls page. How can I remove it? I've analyzed the configuration and I was not able to find any suitable setting.

Thank you in advance,

Abel

Hello @Abel ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Our Phones, when in MS Teams mode run the Microsoft Teams IP Phone app.

Therefore I suggest you work with our partner Microsoft on this as this may be a configurable option via the Teams Admin Center.

To my personal knowledge, this is not a feature that can be controlled via our underlying UC Software.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Hi Steffen,

thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, there isn't such an option available in Teams Admin Center. I assume, that this changed layout is an MS Teams application feature, which has changed from firmware 5.12 to 5.13.

As far as I understood, Poly is maintaining the underlying OS and its basic configuration settings on these series running in Teams profile only, isn't it? So, I'll need to raise a ticket with Microsoft Support and even more likely a feature request.

Thank you and stay safe,

Abel
