Just a quick update...
I opened a support ticket with Microsoft and they keep asking me to take this up with Polycom despite them recreating the scenario and issue. They keep trying to close down my ticket because the device isn't compatible with Teams however, the greater issue is that the functionality of the device has also been affected with Skype for Business. This wasn't the case before the 17th January and we have numerous CX300's around the business that we still need to use with SfB whilst also using Teams. Only current fix is to exit out of Teams to get the device completely working with SfB again. Not ideal!
I am unsure if anyone has logged this with Microsoft and share the relevant ticket number but our Microsoft Guru Adam Jacobs is part of an early "Ring" release and he has seen it work.
It seems our Partner Microsoft is finally adding compatibility but I cannot provide any timelines or similar as we wait for Microsoft.
