When attempting to apply a policy to a CX5100 device through the Polycom control panel, I get a failure message with number -2147024894 and the policy fails to apply. All I have changed is the software update schedule from default to Sunday 3am.
Any thoughts on what the issue could or a way to troubleshoot this error please?

Once I ran the control panel with Windows local admin rights I was able to apply the setting to the device.
Time settings for updates are set as expected.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
