I just finished provisioning polycom Trio 8800 with spesification below

in the front of Box the P/N is 2200-66070-019 but the polycom device P/N is 2201-65290-019 with firmware version 5_7_2_3123_AA.

Line 1 as Skype account and Line 2 as SIP Extension, both are successfull registered.

But, I found an issue that if someone skype business account in my company sending skype invitation meeting to my skpe account. I found that calendar in my skpe polycom still not exist and blank. but the status of callendar already connected.

I checked in my outlook office mail the calendar meeting was exist.

Anybody know the solution is, how to make calendar skype meeting can replected in polycom trio, so I can join skype meeting through polycom trio

Thank you

Hello @yudi_isos ,

welcome back to the Polycom community.

Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provided some form of feedback or answer.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.

For your new Issue pease ensure you always check the FAQ's and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.

May 02, 2016 Question:Determine the Skype for Business status via the Polycom Trio or a Polycom VVX Business Media phone Web Interface?

Resolution:Browse to the Phones Web Address and after identifying as the Admin User browse to Diagnostics > Skype for Business Status

LyncStatus.PNG

The above enables you to quickly assess if your Exchnage is actually connected.

Jan 17, 2017 Question:How can I troubleshoot simple Skype for Business, LYNC or Office365 issues?

Resolution: Have a look => here <=

The above FAQ can help you to troubleshoot. if all fails and nobody else in the community has any ideas or you do not find anything in the community search or the Polycom Knowledge base then the next step is to open a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Polycom devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Hello @yudi_isos ,

that looks OK. Logs would tell you if the Trio recieves any calendar events from Exchange.

The next step would be a ticket as explained already.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
