The unit was purchased from WESTCON GROUP EUROPEAN OPERATIONS LTD back in 25/12/2015 so from our perspective it is out of warranty.

 

I suggest a PPI / Pay Per Incident via Westcon.

Hi Steffen,

 

I've upgraded 8800 to UC 5.5.4 but still not able to show organizer name in TV (visual +) screen. I checked the 5.5.4 release note and can not find a fixed to EN-77147 as you metioned.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This may be missing in the release notes. I suggest you get this into support.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

This was actually classed as working as designed and not a bug and therefore re-assigned to EN-78638 which is still open.

This issue was resolved in the latest firmware releases from 5.7.1 onwards.
