Calls Dropping with Teams and Trio 8800

Hi-

 

Anyone expericing issues with calls dropping with Teams and 8800?

 

We can get about 5-15 mins on a call, and it goes silent.  Sometimes Teams goes 'offline"

 

These are just regualr PSTN calls.  Nothing extra going on.  This happens to all 8800's in the enviorment.

 

Firmware-  5.9.0.11398 

 

I am really considering returning these devices and going with another vendor.  My users are getting frustrated.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

 

We would need to see this in support.


In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

I have two tickets open; I am not sure if things are moving on the other side.
