Can't Web login after switching profile to SFB on SoundStructure VOIP

UC Software Version Updater Version


Updated UC Software via Polycom hosted server.
After rebooting, can access using https:// ip address.

After switching base profile to "Skype for Business" can no long access via HTTP or HTTPS.

Previous help solutions refer only to phone where you can enter credentials via LCD screen, the SoundStructure has no other user interface for the VoIP card so how can SFB credentials be entered if not using a provisioning server?
