Cannot sig in to Lync 2013 on Polycom Soundstation IP 5000

Hello,

 

I have a lync server 2013, with the Last Cumulative updates and I am not able to sing in on lync using Soundstation IP 5000.

Firstly please post a whole log and set general logging to debug and SIP at debug.

 

In addition also upgrade to 4.1.1 but not 4.0.11
