Using the setting

 

up.oneTouchVoiceMail="0"

 

causes the VVX to show the message preview as well as allow the user to contact the message center.  In this way it's like "visual voicemail" on the VVX500.  However once the messages are listed, the "Play" button does nothing (see attached)  Is there another setting that's needed?
