i have now posted it in zip format so someone can take a look.
i did contact Vodaphone but they said we dsont have support which leaves me abit stuck if Polycom cant help me and Vodaphone wont....
you had at least this unit for more then 2.5 years so at some your free support via Vodafone stops.
You can always call us and open a Pay Per Incident ticket / PPI which will get you access to Polycom support.
This is a normal process for any Support Organisation and looking at your credentials I assume your Organisation would want this as well.
Looking for the last time at the log the Phone is not even signed into Skype for busines (at least at the time the log was taken):
