FW 5.4.3.2007 ("AA")

When a Meeting is running with Skype/Lync Participants and Participant Video is showing on the Screen, and the Lync Participant shares his screen, the System automatically switches to display the shared screen, you need to toggle People/Content on the Trio to see the video again. i thought content.autoAccept.rdp="0" would stop this, but it does not.

Is there a way to let the RealPresence always show Participant Video on Screen (or at least ask) even if the participant shares his Screen/Desktop ?

Hello Jens,

as explained via Email at present this is working as designed and in an AVMCU call Content is accepted automatically.

In a P2P Call the Trio will ask to accept it.

I suggest to everyone facing this issue to work with their Polycom reseller and state VOIP-114102
