Hi everyone,

I'm back on my favorite subject : EFLK.

5.4.4 solved one of the main issue regarding the usage of outlook contacts (name is diplayed now).

And EFLK works fine with Boss/Admin so we're good.

But i'm testing SLA (Shared Line Appearance) right now and i'm surprised to see that activating this feature automatically disable EFLK. I guess it's more or less the same problem we had in the beginning with Boss/Admin.

Could we expect to see SLA and EFLK working together soon ? (i know you can't talk about future developments, etc. but if you have just an idea, i'm not asking for a date).

Of course, if it's not part of the plan at all, i will open a ticket for enhancement.

Thanks

Hello StephenR,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge enabling the Enhanced Flexible Line Key functionality will not support SLA.

I suggest to work with your Polycom reseller or Polycom Sales Engineer to work on VOIP-113674

Hello StephenR,

this is a reference that our Sales Engineers can use to justify a change to the current software. Once enough feedback or requests from individual organisations have been added the feature may be included in newer versions.

As explained here:

Jan 03, 2013 Question: How can I request a change to the current Polycom SIP / UCS Software?
