SoundStructure (1.7.2) SoundStructure VoIP Interface (5.4.2.2834) in a Lync 2013 environment with a PTC (Panel Software: 1.11.0-15 OS Version: 1.11.0-14 Kernel Version 2.6.32)

 

Pressing the # key while in a call terminates the call. This presents a challange as many services require a #.

 

5.4.0.10182 does not exhibit this behaviour

 

I'm guesing this is not expected behaviour, I didn't find it in the release notes as a known issue.

Update.

 

Behaviour is not only seen with the '#' key. Call is disconnected upon any dialpad key press. 

 

Behaviour is present with 5.4.2.2834 and PTC 1.15x too.

If you struggle to identify the reseller please provide me with the MAC of the VoIP card and/or the serial of the SoundStructure.
