Exporting VVX 301 Color Expansion Module Lines

Hi,

We have a few VVX 301/601 phones with the VVX Color Expansion Module. Phones are signed in with O365 (online) accounts and users are able to assign contacts from the SfB directory to the expansion module line keys.

We are trying to export the line customisations for the expansion module from one of the phones and then import those configurations on another rather than setting up each one by one.

How can this be acheived as I can't find any section on the web GUI or export config files that show the line key customisations.

UC Software Version 5.9.0.9373

Hello @Ali1 ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The only way to do this is described here:

Jan 04, 2016 Question: Can I change / re-assign the appearance of a Line and/or Presence Keys?

Resolution: Please check => here <= and the limit using EFLK is 100.
