Forward > Simultaneously Ring to a Contact Greyed Out

Hi,

 

Can you let me know how to enable this option? Or why it is greyed out, un selectable?

Hello Chris,

Certain features are automatically populated on the phone by using for example the simultaneous ring via a Skype / LYNC client.

 

These are not officially supported on the phone and "should" not be displayed.

 

Please utilize the latest UC Software 5.4.0A as this option should have been removed there.
