Is there a way from either the phone or the Trio 8800 web interface to hide the Sign Out and Settings softkeys, or at least arrange the keys so these are on the second page?

Hi There,

I've just setup a Trio and have it connected to both S4B and SIP (Local PBX).   I wanted to hide soem of the icons on teh Homescreen whcih I acheieved by importing the following

<changes>
<homescreen homeScreen.settings.enable="1" />
<contacts feature.contacts.enabled="0" />
<calllist feature.callList.enabled="0" />
<bluetooth feature.bluetooth.enabled="1" />
<hidesignout feature.lync.hideSignOut="0" />
<calendar homeScreen.calendar.enable="1" />
</changes>

I need to hide one more icon.  That the Dial a number key.  happy to leave this if there is a way to have this key pickup Line 2 which is teh SIP PBX.

I've looking for info on Digit map to indicate using another line however unable to find

Any help would be most appreciated

Thanks

Luke

The instructions for Polycome Trio 8800 worked !!

How can I remove this configuration if I do not want it anymore ?

If you downloaded an example configuration and a feature is disabled using a ="0" make it a ="1" Instead or the other way round.

Hello Luke,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This reply is not really related to the original posters hiding of the sign out key.

Your question is more about the experimental feature of multiple registrations on a Trio.

You can utilize the digitmap as explained => here <=

Any other icons that cannot be removed require a feature request as explained :
