Hide "Device Lock" on Basic Menu

Using vvx 411 on in a SFB OnPrem environment which is enforcing device lock.  Everything with locking works as expected but I want to remove "Device Lock" from the BASIC menu.  Having this access allows users to disable locking per device, breaking the enforce.
