VVX 601, 5.6.0 firmware/latest.

User is a delegate for the boss.  She puts a call on hold, his phone flashes the red light next to the line.

When he picks up the handset, it just grabs a new line.

User wants to just pickup the handset, and it defaults to the Held Line and takes the call over.

Any ideas?  Users are annoyed obviously, since old phone system his line would show held, he lifts the handset and it defaults to the active held line, it doesn't try to make a new call on another line.

I guess this is the default feature of the phone, when you put any call on hold, then pickup the handset, it grabs a new line and doesn't auto resume the call.

Thanks
